They say every beginning is difficult, but we believe it can also be easy when you rely on the right people and are in a good environment. That’s why the locations where we work have both deep and shallow pools. We start with the one where you feel comfortable.
The focus of the beginner swimming training is on mastering the basic techniques – breathing, backstroke swimming, and proper leg movement. The exercises are performed with aids such as swimming boards to improve coordination and confidence.

Advanced Swimming

The advanced swimming training mainly consists of high-intensity interval sets, including various styles and techniques such as sprints, underwater swimming, and somersaults.
The focus is on improving endurance, speed, and stroke efficiency through technical exercises. The training ends with a cool-down swim and stretching to reduce strain and aid recovery.

Race Preparation

The competitive preparation training includes dynamic technical exercises to improve starts and somersaults.
The focus is on high-intensity interval sets simulating race pace, with an emphasis on speed, endurance, and stroke efficiency. Sprints, underwater techniques, and reaction drills for the start are included to optimize performance in race conditions. The session concludes with technique analysis to correct errors and refine details before the competition.

Therapeutic Water Gymnastics

The therapeutic water aerobics session begins with light warm-up movements in the water to activate the muscles and improve circulation. The exercises focus on improving mobility, relieving joint and spinal pain, and strengthening the muscles through slow and controlled movements. Aids such as swimming boards, water dumbbells, and noodles are used to provide support and additional resistance. The session concludes with relaxation exercises to help reduce tension and improve overall physical condition.

Rehabilitation Training

The rehabilitation training is carefully structured and begins with light exercises to prepare the muscles and joints for movement. The main part includes controlled low-load exercises aimed at restoring mobility, strength, and coordination, depending on the type of injury or condition. Aids such as resistance bands, balls, or light weights are used to improve stability and reduce tension in the affected areas. The pace is slow and controlled, with attention paid to proper technique and avoiding pain.

Family Training

The family swimming training is fun and includes exercises suitable for all ages, combining physical activity with family time. It begins with a light warm-up in the water through games and movement to prepare the body and muscles. The main part includes various swimming exercises and fun challenges such as races, underwater games, and coordination exercises. Parents assist the children while the instructor guides the group to improve technique and confidence in the water.

  • can swim the full length of the pool with the help of a board

Those who have completed this level:

  • can perform various elements of freestyle swimming

  • can swim in freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke
